Instructions for applying reflective pigment:

1. Do a manicure procedure.

2. Cover the note with a base, colored gel polish.

3. Mix a small amount of glitter into the gel polish top coat.
4. Using a brush, apply the resulting mixture to one or more nails.

5. Cover the design again with the top.

6. Shine with FlashGlitter!
